My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms, although lacking in views as they faced the interior atrium, were clean, odorless, and comfortable, equipped with two queen-sized beds, a small table, and two chairs. The dark tones, including a black/brown floor, added a cozy ambiance. The service was a mixed experience with overcharging for services but otherwise pleasant and helpful. The location was convenient, being close to downtown sights and various attractions. Dining was satisfactory, although there were some complaints from staff during meal service. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were huge, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, the rooms were spacious and clean, but it tended to be cold, especially next to the elevator. The check-in process was friendly and efficient, so that was a plus. However, the dining situation left something to be desired, as it seemed somewhat disjointed with limited options.

The location in downtown Hartford was great, within walking distance of major attractions and close to the XL Center. Despite the area feeling a bit like a ghost town, the proximity to the Amtrak station for easy departure the next day was convenient.
